How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can check the delivery status at any time. As soon as it leaves our warehouse, we will send you that tracking number automatically to help you follow your package easily.
Will I receive a confirmation email after placing an order?
Yes, once your purchase is completed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with all the order details.
Which cause do we support with our online store?
We collaborate with the Meniños Foundation, donating 10% of the amount from our solidarity purchases (all clothing, except cushions) to support their work with children without a stable family home.
The Meniños Foundation has been promoting children’s protection and wellbeing for over 25 years, offering foster homes and psychological, educational, and family support to minors in vulnerable situations.

How do we ensure sustainable manufacturing?
We are certified under the Organic Cotton Standard (OCS), which guarantees the use of traceable organic cotton that is respectful of the environment.
We also manufacture our garments in Northern Portugal, allowing us to maintain a local and responsible production model, reducing transport emissions and supporting the local economy.
In addition, we work with international sustainability consultants to continuously improve our processes and materials, moving towards energy neutrality and a more conscious form of fashion.
All our items go through strict quality controls to ensure you enjoy them in the best possible condition.

Choosing the right size online can be tricky, but we want to make it easier for you.
Each product includes a dedicated size guide, where you can check garment measurements before completing your purchase.

We recommend comparing them with a similar piece you own to ensure the best fit.
Please note that small variations (1–2 cm) may occur due to the fabric or the artisanal production process.

During high-demand seasons or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.
Can I collect my order from a physical location?
Yes! You can pick up your order directly at our Wawaland Planet offices in A Coruña:

Exchanges, Returns & Cancellations
How can I make an exchange or return?
Email us at info@wawalandplanet.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange or return.
We will reply with the necessary instructions to complete the process quickly and easily.

When will I receive my refund or exchanged item?
Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, we will proceed with the refund or the shipment of the new item within a maximum of 7 business days.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
Items must be in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
We cannot accept returns of:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect products — in those cases, Wawaland Planet covers all costs.
I received a defective or incorrect product — what should I do?

We will review the case and provide a solution as soon as possible.
Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can modify or cancel it.
