1. Object

This document regulates the General Conditions of Sale applicable to purchases made through the website https://shop.wawies.com/ (hereinafter, "the Website").

By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions without reservation. If you do not agree, you may not make purchases on the website.

2. Customer capacity

By making a purchase, the customer declares that:

• You are over 18 years old.

• Has the legal capacity to enter into sales contracts.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration or purchase process.

3. Formalization of the contract

The order placed by the customer constitutes an offer to purchase.
The contract will be deemed formalized when Wawies shop sends the Order Confirmation by email, indicating the products purchased and their shipping status.

4. Right of withdrawal

The customer may cancel their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, without needing to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at wawies@wawies.com and provide your order number.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of error or defective product.
Wawies shop will refund the full amount paid (including initial shipping costs) within a maximum of 14 calendar days from notification of withdrawal or receipt of the product.

5. Price and payment method

• Prices include VAT unless otherwise indicated.

• Shipping costs are added before checkout.

• Payment is made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Euro 6000) through ABANCA 's secure payment gateway.

• In the event of an obvious error in the price, WAWIES reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amounts paid.

6. Return Policy

The customer has 14 calendar days to request a return from receipt of the order.
You must notify wawies@wawies.com , indicating the order number and reason.

Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their packaging.
Once the product has been received and verified, Wawies shop will issue the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days , using the same payment method used.

If the product is defective or incorrect, Wawies shop will cover the costs of collection and replacement.

7. Communications

Communications between Wawies shop and the customer will preferably be carried out by email , and are considered valid for all legal purposes.

8. Modification of conditions

Wawies shop may modify these conditions at any time.
Those in force at the time of purchase will apply, unless the law requires their immediate application.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law .
In case of conflict, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of A Coruña (Spain) .
