1. Scope and shipping costs

We ship to Spain and the destinations listed below. For other areas, please contact wawies@wawies.com.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated before checkout.
In some cases, Wawies shop offers free shipping for orders above a minimum amount, indicated during the checkout process(see conditions below).

2. Address and receipt of the order

The products will be shipped to the address indicated by the customer during the purchasing process.

No deliveries are made to PO boxes.

Upon receiving the order, the customer must check that the package is in good condition.
If the packaging shows visible damage (open, broken, or tampered with), this must be noted on the carrier's delivery note and reported within 24 hours to wawies@wawies.com.

Failure to notify within this period may result in the customer losing the right to an exchange or refund due to damage during shipping.

3.Delivery times

• Orders are prepared once the purchase and payment have been confirmed.

• The average delivery time is 24 to 72 business hours from order confirmation.

• In exceptional circumstances (high demand, lack of stock, logistical issues, or force majeure), shipping may be delayed. In this case , Wawies shop will inform the customer, who may choose between:

  • Wait for delivery, or

  • Request a full refund of the amount paid.

4.Receiving the order

• Upon receiving your order, please check that the package is in good condition.

• If you notice visible damage (open, torn, or tampered with package), please note it on the carrier's delivery note and notify wawies@wawies.comwithin 24 hours of delivery.

• If you do not notify us within the deadline, we will not be able to process the replacement or refund due to damage in transit.

5. Risk and ownership

Wawies shop is responsible for the products until the moment of delivery to the customer or designated third party.

Once delivered, the risk and title of the products pass to the buyer.

 

6.Lack of availability

• If a product is unavailable after order confirmation, we will notify you as soon as possible.

• You can choose between:
a) Wait for the product to be restocked,
b) Replace it with a similar one, or
c) Request a full refund of the imported goods.

7.Risk and ownership

• The products are the responsibility of Wawies shop until the moment of delivery to the customer.

• Once delivered, risk and title pass to the buyer.

8.Delays and force majeure

• Wawies shop will not be responsible for delays due to causes beyond its control (strikes, blockades, weather conditions, transportation problems or force majeure).

• In these cases, the delivery period will be extended depending on the duration of the event.
